At night I sleep 12.30 to 8 am at afternoon aleast I sleep 2 to 3 hours Feeling very laziness Delivery ke bad mere hips aur peet mein fat badh Gaya hai Lekn so bahut rahi hu koi medical issue nai hai

Hellp dear, Feeling lethargic could be because of lack of essential microntrients. Please take : 1.) zincovit one tablet twice a Week with water, after your meal. 2 ) D rise sachet with milk twice a week. 3.) include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet, a great way is to include them in the form of smoothies and soups .

Hi Feeling always tired and lethargic could be due to micro nutrient deficiencies and hormone imbalances.. Have small frequent meals with limited portion sizes and not to sleep immediately after any meal and instead stroll Walk slowly following any meal..which is helpful not to fall lazy and lethargic..

Gud evening,if u r sleeping less than 6hours then it's not good for your health.Pls try to have a good sleep at night for minimum of 6 to 7hours. Pls try to do light exercises like floor exercises,simple yoga Asanas etc to keep yourself fit.
