Sleep deprivation
For like sone days I am not able to get that 7 to 9 hrs of sleep and I read the things which can be cause of sleep deprivation and get stressed. I want help for sleep deprivation and anxiety. Which foods and vegetables will be good for not getting enough sleep and stress or anxiety and how and when to eat them? Thanks

You need to meditate daily for around 15-20 minutes. Drink chamomile tea 🍵 before sleeping Switch off your gadgets at least one hour before you go to bed for sleeping
