Hi Try to maintain your schedule for having your breakfast, lunch and dinner. Go to bed early latest by 10.30 pm. Have your dinner 3 hours before bed time. Include fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Go for walk for 40 minutes atleast. Avoid fried, processed and bakery products. Do deep breathing exercises. Hope all this will help you.
