Hi doctor, I usually sleep at 12.30, 1 or 2. I am used to eat snacks at this time. Now the problem is if I am going to bed at 11 or 11.30. I m getting hungry at 12.30 or 1. I m not able to sleep as it is too much hunger. I want to avoid this problem. Can you please suggest a good remedy for this?

Hi good to see your queries. I am not fully clear about your timings. Can u pl.write your daily lifestyles including meals, working etc.It will be better to advice u all by a mail id
