No hunger & unable to sleep at night
I'm underweight. I tried eating junk food to put on weight soon.. But nothing is happening.. Neither im feeling hungry nor I'm feeling sleepy at night.. I tried taking the natural protein supplements to gain weight. . Im very depressed.

Hello, Eating junk food is not a solution to your issues.Firstly with the help of a doctor or qualified Dietitian/Nutritionist identify is there is any medical issue apart from depression and get a customised diet plan. Eat right and eat healthy.Exercise. Work on getting out of your depression and everything will work out just fine.
