Greetings!. Try to have a light and early dinner. This will help you digest the food better. Chamomile Tea and Bedtime milk with turmeric powder and pepper powder is effective for sleep.

First u need to self analyse the route cause of your sleep disturbances. When it started , how long are you facing it, Are you too much into gadgets before sleep, Are you doing adequate workouts , Are you too much stressed out etc. Try sorting it out. Then introduce some melatonin rich foods like Almonds.,Warm milk, Kiwifruit, walnuts etc. Do include chamomile tea before going to sleep. If these things are not helping to improve ur sleep pattern, do connect directly for consultation. Or visit my instahandle nutritionist_remya.
