I'm a 21 years old boy with 50kg weight and my height is 5'6. During last 6 months I lost 4-5 kgs due to tension and depression. I want to gain weight my diet is very simple (1 glass milkshake in morning, 1 roti in lunch, and 1 roti at night) and just a little fruit during day.

Weight loss

My weight on 17 june was 87.4 on 29 june it was 86.5 on 3 july it was 85.2 (somewhat) i was not on specific diet but was having only homemade food with strict calorie deficit and low carb intake, my weight used to be around 95 kgs but with covid lost some during infection (89 kg) , but regular in exercise daily at least 1 hour before covid and some health complications (high cholesterol, fatty liver) it was zero. Although i missed a day or two for exercising in last week, and even my diet i had samosa once and 2 slice of pizza on another day, also had two cake slices. But still with calorie deficit, but my concern is after all those food i consumed (but also i consumed a good amount of veggies and fruits) missed a day or two of exercising is my weight loss normal as i have lost around 1.3 kgs within 5-6 days, i have a severe health anxiety thats why i am asking, i dont have any weakness, tired ness etc, except some soreness in muscle. Is my weight loss normal or is it too much

Want lunch and dinner options

I have IBS. Through keeping a diary and examining my symptoms i have found out that foods with high insoluble fibre doesn't suit me at all. I used to eat jowar roti and leafy green veggies with daal rice. But millets, leafy green veggies and wheat don't suit me at all. They improve my bowel movements but create soo much gas that its useless. Whereas eating soluble fiber eases my symptoms. Drinking soaked white chia seeds at night reduces my bloating. So i am confused as to what should i eat at lunch and dinner which is low fodmap and will give me a good soluble fibre intake. If the advice suits me i will take further paid consultation.

Diet question

Is drinking milk okay for pcos women? I started having cheek and chin acne, so that is why I wanted to know if the reason for the acne is having dairy in the morning. Also, I would like to have discussion about what should be avoided in pcos condition. Please suggest, so that we can have a detailed discussion about this. Thanks!
