Deficiency of vitamin d
I have belly fat .also weight around 85 kg but thin muscle...I have deficiency of vitamin d .high lipid also...kindly suggest me some good diet .

Due to lack of vitamin D add egg ,cod olive oil and direct sun bath before 9 a.m. and take milk + Almonds under the sun for better absorption.
