Your vitamin D, B12, and iron levels are deficient, which may be causing joint pain and weakness. Vitamin D promotes bone health, while B12 is essential for energy and neurological function, and iron is required for oxygen delivery in the body. To improve them, focus on foods high in these nutrients:
• Vitamin D sources include sun exposure, fortified milk, fatty fish such as salmon, mushrooms, and egg yolks.
• B12-rich foods include eggs, dairy products, meat, and fortified cereals.
• Iron-rich foods include red meat, black dates, leafy greens, lentils, beans, and fortified cereals. To enhance absorption, combine iron-rich meals with vitamin C (such as oranges, lemons, amla, guava or bell peppers, etc.).
