My mother  who  is 55 years old got Laparoscopic cholecystectomy five days back as she was having multiple gallbladder stones. She has been taking diet of Daliya, Dal,Khichdi ,Nariyal Pani and juice since then. How long should she ideally wait before she starts taking chapati and rice and vegetables in her food.
