Intermittent fasting period variation?
I was 10 kgs overweight so I started 1 hour exercise and intermittent fasting 3 months back. I have lost 5 kgs and everything was fine. This month I noticed that my period is 3 days late (which never happened before) and I'm losing a lot of hair as well(from the past 4 months) my fast time is 9pm to 2pm. I don't consume any solids during this time, just tender coconut water at 12pm. I have nutritious food at 2 pm and 8pm and workout at 11am and 6pm. What am I doing wrong? Should I stop IF? Or should I continue?
