I have given for blood test. In that i got hdl is 32, ldl is 105, triglycerides is 270, tc/hdl is 5.7, vldl is 53.92. GGT is 76.3.
Near clinic doctor gave me atova 10mg for 30days.
Please suggest.

Thus, I became overweight. My Triglycerides has been increased dramatically to 187 and LDL at 126.
I had a fatty liver issue. And my GGT at 91.4, SGOT at 51.4 & SGPT at 107.9
Pls help me to find a solution to my diet. Usually my fasting roza occurs at 4 AM and end at 6PM without water.
