Help in weight loss
Hi i m on a weight loss journey and all the exercises i m doing at home itself but i have a question as i do not have treadmill so i figure out stairs as my cardio my everyday goal is to burn 60 calories atleast i need ur help in that i want to know how many stairs would be sufficient to burn 60 calories as i live in a 4 storeyed building which has 74 total steps (stairs) in all . So wanted to ask you that as i try to calculate by looking a article from google but dont trust if it is true or not i will attach that .

For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet ,exercise and walk early morning and evening. Take high fibre food in ur diet . Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet . For losing weight in a healthy and permanent way : Maintain meal gaps of not more than 3hrs. To boost up your metabolism and helps in weight loss. Include barley tea and dandelion tea in your diet. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet. Walk at least 10-12k steps in a day. Drink 3-4lts of water per day.
