Hi, Dt Swati here. I can see you are 24 years old young lady. First try to understand that normal walking or exercise cnt raise your prolactin levels beyond limits unless and until you are preparing for Olympic. Generally non pregnant/ overweight  lady can have high prolactin levels . This condition is known as Hyperprolactinemia. In women who aren’t pregnant, prolactin helps regulate the menstrual cycle (periods). Hyperprolactinemia is relatively common in women. About a third of women in their childbearing years with irregular periods but normal ovaries have hyperprolactinemia.  Let's do in some of its common causes which may be might be in your case:- Pituitary tumors (prolactinomas) Hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid) Medicines given for depression, psychosis, and high blood pressure Herbs, including fenugreek, fennel seeds, and red clover  Irritation of the chest wall (from surgical scars, shingles, or even a too-tight bra) Stress or exercise (usually excessive or extreme)- mind it dear , only extreme. Not normal Nipple stimulation
Next Steps
So basically, what you can do now is , 1)Change your diet and keep your stress levels down. ( I m certainly there for you) 2)Stop high-intensity workouts or activities that overwhelm you.( normal is advisable) 3)Avoid clothing that makes your chest uncomfortable. 4)Avoid activities and clothes that overstimulate your nipples. 5)Taking vitamin B-6 and vitamin E supplements, include 6 Soaked Almonds early morning in diet.
Health Tips
NOTE:- High levels of prolactin can also result in weight gain and neuropsychological disturbances so trust me , your weight gain might be due to stress / it's high levels. and relax it is  reversible and, with proper attention, it's relatively easy to return to normal prolactin levels for pregnancy. Connect me for further consultation if you feel comfortable . kindly feedback@practo.
