My height is 5'8" and weight is 90 KGS.
Please suggest a diet plan and exercise routine, that can suit my lifestyle .I'm an architecture student and it is mandatory for me to work late nights as I have a lot of submissions from college. My diet is also not a healthy one as I have lunch in college which is usually from the canteen and then around 5 pm I come home and have another big meal.

now i am 76 kg and my doctor told me that to decrease my weight to 60 kg.
I ahve PCOD in my right overy with 3.5 cm large and i have thyroid problems. Now my TSH level is 12 and i ate 100 gm thyronorm tablet. How did i decrease my weight. I worked in an It firm. i work out in a gym 2 hour per day with controling my diet also.

I feel tired
Hi Doctor, I feel tired most of the time, even if I take 8 hours of sleep. I drink 2 litres if water everyday. Though, I eat only 3 times a day. I am working in an MNC. I live alone. But I don't do any exercise. Should I change job? I take stress also sometimes.
