Im 23yrs old...i got married a yr back and after my marriage my weight is increasing... Im a house wife and do lot of work and my food habits are also normal. I hav been exercising but im not able to reduce my weight.. My weight rite now is, 69 and my height is 5.5

I have lost weight and body in 4 month. my diet getting low I eat food only 1 time in a day I am in very tension tell me how I recovered my body and weight like before

My 2-year-old baby is really not eating at all for the last 5-6 days. She always remains in anger and cries a lot. She is underweight by 3-4 Kg. I have tried somethings but not worked out. I am not able to understand what the problem is? She is not at all eating and she really starts looking very week. She really behaves stubbornly. Something is wrong.
