I am looking so skinny and people aways laugh at me. So I am depressed.. and I have no confidence to face anyone..

Hi dear don't be depressed. You can gain weight by eating small frequent meals and calorie dense meals.
Consume more of milk and it's products like curd, paneer, cheese, ghee. If you eat non veg then eat 1or2 eggs daily.
I'd you wish you can also take protien supplements for weight gain.
