Appetite good but still skinny
My appetite has increased by the normal limits but I still look skinny and tend to gain fat near belly area with thin arms. Please suggest something to that i can work upon. Thanks

May be its due to low protein diet, or may be due to poor digetion, may be sitting job, late night work,may be no exercise, so need healthy protein diet to build muscle, and few workouts for to reduce stomach fat.for details diet chart and advice can consult with me.

Gud morning it happens due to improper food habits like unhealthy eating habits long hrs sitting or lack of physical activity,less of sleep or late night sleeping,less water intake n stress.Pls  for further information kindly consult directly through practo.
