Unable to lose weight
I don't eat much junk and I work out every single day for an hour in the gym which includes everything but I'm unable to lose any weight. Maybe a little but the process has been extremely slow , I don't feel any different than before and its super frustrating.

I do understand your concern. Yes some of our bodies have very slow metabolism and it takes a lot to shed a few kilos from there.
