I am 20 years old. I m concerned about my weight. I used to eat very much junk food and outside food. But from 8 -10 months i didnt eat anything like once a in a month from outside food because of so many pimples. And i eat 2 roti once a time of home food. Because m very fond of outside food junk food. Now my weight is 64. Earlier it was 68-69. Is it because of i left ghee oil outside food or some health problem inside body. Please help

Can I increase height with yoga

I am a female unmarried,my age 24 years. I am doing yoga daily. Height grow stretches tadasana and one other with this yoga can i increase height 2 to 3 inches, my friend yoga trainer she told me that, you can increase height with yoga 2-3 inches below 30 years. is it true? can I increase height with yoga really? if it is true how many days i have to do yoga to increase height?
