Feel exhausted
I have started swimming and plan to do it for a year. A month is over and I feel very exhausted.I swim around 8-9 laps of standard 50 m pool. After which I have breakfast+ glass of plain milk.In college before lunch itself hunger starts and after reaching home I fall asleep by 9pm and wake up at 7 am. Due to this I'm unable to complete assignments, presentation etc. What changes have to be made in the food so that I'm able to stay full till 12:45 for lunch and in the evening am able to do the college work. Do I have to mix something extra in milk like neutralite etc and for breakfast what should be taken. Tried muesli but that didn't solve. On top of this the scorching heat is unbearable.
