Exhausted,faintingincrease in heart beat
Hey.I am 18 years old.I weigh around 67kg.And my height is around 5.5 .I eat only lunch and dinner.Still i don't loose weight.And when i try to exercise i start facing prblm like vomiting and feel like fainting. So what can be done.

You need to take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs instead of only lunch and dinner. In fact if you take only lunch and dinner it increases weight.ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
