I'm gaining weight from last 5 months and I gained near about 10 to 15 kilos within this time period and I'm just 26 now.

Increasing weight on stomach area
I have gall bladder stones and i do rigourous exercises too. I am 28 years old with 95 kg weight. I have been exercising since dec 2016 however the weight on the belly is not at all reducing. I do not eat outside food. My diet is just breakfast with museli and two chapatis for lunch with veggies and same for dinner. Pleasw help me. I am getting too much concerned now. Instead of decreasing my weight is only increasing.

Need to loose weight.My i
I am 37 years old. My height is 5.85 and the weight is 93 kg. I go for walk for 30 minutes and do Yoga for 18 minutes. I keep fast on Tuesday during which I eat at night only Problem is My weight reduction will start from 93 the 92.5 then it will go til 91 then again it will come back to 93. Please tell me any medicine which can help me.

Hostel food and issues
I stay in college hostel and I used to binge eat, I have stopped binge eating. I eat 4 idli + sambhar (for breakfast), 4 roti + 3 small cup dal + 2 small cup potato-peas/spinach/Rajma/curd/mixed-veg etc.(for lunch) and 3 roti + 3 small cup dal + 1 small cup of milk (for dinner), but I still don't feel satiated. I feel very dissatisfied and sad. Is what I eat enough for me? What else are healthy food substitutes which I can eat in a hostel/college area and is safe for me? Please help!

Ketone Diet - is it healthy for long?
Hello all,
I'm about 40 kilos overweight - I'm 6'1 and about 116 Kgs.
Somebody suggested to me Ketone diet - I personally know some folks who have lost upto a kilo a day. I was previously into sports, I do not mind losing weight over 18 months but, if Ketone diet is a healthy option which can knock off 4 kilos a week, why not go for it -
Will I lose my stamina? Though I'm overweight, I feel good.
I do not want to become weak by losing weight.
Also, In the long run, will it affect Kidneys, liver and hear as suggested by some articles online?
I request the experts to help me sort this out - a great diet plan name also will help...
