Weight problem
Sir my problem is my low weight my weight is only 50kg i take regular and healthy food but not increase weight since 4 to 5 year but no any health issues. so please give any suggestions or any medicine for it which is not harmful for body.

Take high protein foods like all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts, tofu, rajmah, chole, soyabean, paneer, chicken, fish etc. to gain muscle mass. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for detailed diet plan .
