Feel exhausted
I have started swimming and plan to do it for a year. A month is over and I feel very exhausted.I swim around 8-9 laps of standard 50 m pool.After which I have breakfast+ glass of plain milk.In college before lunch itself hunger starts and after reaching home I fall asleep by 9pm and wake up at 7 am. Due to this I'm unable to complete assignments, presentation etc.What changes have to be made in the food so that I'm able to stay full till 12:45 for lunch and in the evening am able to do the college work. Do I have to mix something extra in milk like neutralite etc and for breakfast what should be taken. Tried muesli but that didn't solve.On top of this the scorching heat is unbearable.

Want to loose weight
Hi i m 36 yrs old and i m suffering from hyperthyroidism taking medicine 150mg. My height is 162cms n my weight is 96kg. After delivery, I tried so many things to loose weight but no result.
My diet chart
In early morning approx 7am I take 1 cup of green tea then morning approx 9am i take namkeen lassi n cheela then approx 2 pm i eat 2 roti n dal n vegetables then approx 6 pm i drink 1 cup of green tea. That s it. No dinner if I eat dinner my stomach feel uneasy.
Pls suggest me how to loose weight it is more important for me because of thyroid.

Abnormal Apetite
I am 23 years old, male, 6 feet and 115 kgs. Since my teen days, I have an abnormal diet. My daily eating schedule is - 5-6 stuffed pranthas in the breakfast, 6 chapatis sometimes with rice in the lunch, some snacks like momos etc in the evening followed by heavy dinner.
When I come from a wedding after heavy meals, I feel hungry again. This happens all the time. And there are days when I don't feel hungry at all and I only have Dinner. There are no such symptoms like weight gain, bp or any other disease. My weight is also constant since the last 3 years. I want to ask if this is a normal diet behaviour or if this is abnormal eating. Even now I am feeling hungry, though I ate 4 plates chhole bhature 2-3 hours back

No weight gain
Hello , I do eat a of weight gaining food like banana's, butter, rice, cheese, milk from 2-3 months but my weight is not increasing, also another problem is that i get loose motion 2-3 times in a month and there is always pain in my back and legs.
I don't know which doctor to consult so that i get to know root cause for all these things.

Getting shrinked
My son is of 22 months now. His height is good but weight is concerned. He was 32 weeks prematurely. Now his canine and first molar is coming into taking 8 teeth are showing up.
