Simple Diet Plan to reduce weight
Hi, I'm 92 kgs and 176cm in height. Plz provide me simple diet plan with non-veg to reduce the weight.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. You can take boiled , roasted, grilled and steamed fish and chicken instead of fried ones.
