Please have a healthy balanced diet having seasonal vegetables and fruits. Try having whole grains like beans, chana, ragi, jowar etc Avoid soya, milk, cauliflower. Do yoga or brisk walk 45 mins daily.

Hi, For managing PCOS & gained weight, you need to be physically active (exercise/ workout), keep the water intake high, keep the stress at bay & above all limit all processed, preserved, packaged, junk & outside food completely. Cut down on high salt, high sugar & high fat items. Take home based meals. Limit milk & dairy products.
