Hi, my name is kirk and im 25 year old. I am a very active person and I am a running enthusiast. I consider myself as an advance runner and I pretty much train everyday and following a training program. I have never used a mutlivitamin before but recently i started taking some just to try it out. I havnt noticed a significant changes but im more concern on the negative effect on it on my body, specifically overdosing because I watch my diet and i always try to eat a nutritious meal. Is it okay to take multiviatmins? I just want to be complete and perfrom the best i can. Thank you
