I am on deiting. My weight & height is 69 &   5 4" . I exercise regularly and keep check on calories. There is not much improvement in my weight loss. Nowadays I have been feeling fatigue and week while exercising. What should be done?

Weight problem

Hello doctor weight is more specially my tummy is more and thighs and legs i don't feel any strength in my upper body friends say i look weak. It has been a problem also it has made my self confidence and i have anxiety also. I feel very self conscious now i don't know weather to lose weight or build my upper body or develop strength.height is 5"10 and weight is 95 kg and waist is 42. Plz help me with this issue as it has made my confidence very low. I cannot enjoy myself.also lack self motivation but i don't get Negative because i know there is a way out and someone will help me.thank you.

Under weight

Dear sir /mam I am a female 24 years old height 159cms weight 45kg my problem is under weight, due to motions daily 2 or 3 times loose or normally with stomach pain before going stools. I have been consulted a doctor(senior physician) 3 months ago. i told my problem. he wrote some medical tests CT scan and stool test, no infection or problem in reports, he wrote some medicines and he said some diet to control stools. what he said i given below : 1)don't eat non-veg 2)don't take milk products 3)wheat also don't take if it not suits you 4)don't eat spicy foods iam following the diet what he said. after one month i have consulted again he said try some foods which suits you, now iam eating egg,fish, chicken and not all dairy products iam having curd only and daily I will drink cooked rice water. Iam following proper diet what he said, but it still continues, iam having stools daily 3 times iam not yet increasing weight still. tell me what I have to do, how I will increase weight

Well I looking forward to switch for a healthy lifestyle. It's been a while I m constantly putting on weight , in last 6 months I have gained 19kilos . Health issue

I am 23yr old, and my weight is 73 kg,height is 5'6" I don't do exercise but I do walking about 2 km per day. In breakfast I usually take poha,upma,idli, In lunch I take chapati and green vegetables like Spanich,bitter gourd,sometime potato ,with yogurt ,and salad .. And in night very rarely I take the dinner. That's all about my diet,still I am gaining weight.
