Hi,
My wife is having problem of gaining weight after putting lot of efforts in losing weights.
And that is the reason she gets stressed out as inspite of putting efforts she is not losing weight instead started gaining. She is mother of 4 year old child and suffering from hypothyroid.
Need suggestions

She need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. do regular exercise. Ask me directly for detailed diet plan for her.
