My son is 4 years old and he is very weak. He is just 10 Kya. We have made all efforts but he is not putting on weight. Please advise

I ate too much. But there is no difference in my weight please tell Mr something to increase weight I am 18 years old I am 5 feet I want more night tell me something like suplements or med to increase hight

Doctor - I'm writing on my mothers behalf. She is 57 years now. She has started to experience sudden loss in body weight and weakness quite often from last 2 months. She has got all the tests done as recommended by the doctors and everything appears normal. She also has minute thalesemmia and rheumatic arthiritis which is getting treated separately.
