Fitness issue
Hello dear doctor i am 22yr old girl. i have unproportional body. my face is too thin and i have more fat on tummy and hips. and by butts is too small and thighs are big. and legs are too thin. why so. what is the reason
and my weight is normal 54kgs and height is 5.5. now am going to gym also but no use. i reduced the weight but body structure is as it is. no changes. why i don't have proper body fitness. please help me out

Hi , last year I had lost 12 kg in three months
with crash diet but I had heavy hair fall due to crash diet ( I used to climb steps 100 sets ) which my friend advised not to do because knees will get problem in future ..
Now I have gained so much wait .. I m 84 and I m jus 20 years ... So I m thinking to climb steps only because it gives fast results please suggest me can I do or not ... Will I have knees problems in future ? Please reply me

Overweight swling in legs
3 years before my weight was fine suddenly I started putting weight I checked my thyroid it was normal then I started exercise n diet but it was not so much effective I was not able to reduce more 2-3 kgs.6 months back one doctor told to get lipid profile, diabetes & cholesterol test in that my cholesterol was little higher than normal range rest everything was fine. I have irregular periods problem also.

Regarding weight lossing
Hello DR., im a civil engineer working in corporate just 23 years old and im 5.5ft height and 74kg weight I seems to be over weight especially belly and side belly only from 1-2 months I felt my pants are not fit so before I gonna gym lost 4kgs in a month but now I can't go to gym and continue my diet in my working condition. And If I got to gym I can't take rest it become some what tough lofe cycle
So finally I'm planning to take fat burners, my neighbors try succeed it even though some thing I like how to chose it and what the measure to be taken...it will good for health/ side effects etc.,
Which brands can be usable
Like amway,nutrilite tablets, powders etc.,

Pcod problem
Sir in October 2016 i went to doctor regarding miss period.he has done some tests nd tell me I'm having pcod problem.and gave mepharate tablets for 5days nd suggest me to weight loss nd for 3months he gave me yamini cycle.that time I have periods regularly nd after the yamini cycle completed the next month also i have got periods at time only.bt again nw I'm nt getting periods properly.on Feb 27 th my last period date.after that I didn't get any periods nd more over i didn't done family planning operation.for the miss period i have again used mepharate tablets till I'm nt getting period.so please suggest me what I have to do.

Feel exhausted
I have started swimming and plan to do it for a year. A month is over and I feel very exhausted.I swim around 8-9 laps of standard 50 m pool.After which I have breakfast+ glass of plain milk.In college before lunch itself hunger starts and after reaching home I fall asleep by 9pm and wake up at 7 am. Due to this I'm unable to complete assignments, presentation etc.What changes have to be made in the food so that I'm able to stay full till 12:45 for lunch and in the evening am able to do the college work. Do I have to mix something extra in milk like neutralite etc and for breakfast what should be taken. Tried muesli but that didn't solve.On top of this the scorching heat is unbearable.

Want to loose weight
Hi i m 36 yrs old and i m suffering from hyperthyroidism taking medicine 150mg. My height is 162cms n my weight is 96kg. After delivery, I tried so many things to loose weight but no result.
My diet chart
In early morning approx 7am I take 1 cup of green tea then morning approx 9am i take namkeen lassi n cheela then approx 2 pm i eat 2 roti n dal n vegetables then approx 6 pm i drink 1 cup of green tea. That s it. No dinner if I eat dinner my stomach feel uneasy.
Pls suggest me how to loose weight it is more important for me because of thyroid.
