Third day 110/70 morning 140/90 evening. Third day i consult doctor. Doctor noted profile check up. Report is s. Cholestrol 235, s. Triglyceride 689, s.Hdl 48, S.Ldh 50, s.Vldl 134, plasma glucose fasting 88.2, creatinine .98. This check has been done early morning fasting (fasting, without food).

Dr. Can I eat almonds, Walnut, milk and oats together as a morning breakfast? Basically my focus is to lose some Kg weight, to maintain the health.
