I have normal food habits but still my weight gains very fast. What should I do?

As I've asked that I m looking to increase my body like a body builder and I can't go to gym due to my office. And I got the msg from one of the respective Doctor (Dietitian) that I have to take high protein diet, so I am in need of that with time break ups & I am an eggitarian. Kindly suggest me with proper and full diet plan so I can grow my body like a body builder and if u have any suggestion for supplement (with full name & detail incl where can I buy) than I can go for it too.
