Problems in weight loss
Hi mam
I have been struggling to loose weight from the past three months. I have done all the possible things. I regularly exercise,not eating junk food. I am eating a lot of salad. I am also done with all the tests like thyroid and insulin. The reports are normal. After working out for 2 hrs daily and taking a proper diet, my weight has not decreased even by a kilo.
please suggest.

Hellow dt, i do regular exercise like jogging for 25 mins,push ups,pull ups and body streatching.for the past two week iam feeling weakness and low in energy. my current ht is 165 cms, wt is 66 kg and age is 25 yrs, can u suggest me some protein and vitamin diet and health tips also what should be my ideal wt depending on my ht and age.i am looking for good physique and not so very heavy or bulky build.

Hello Dr. I am 22 yrs old male,My body weight is 70kg with 25.68 BMI. I am having problem of eating more. Usually I prefer more green vegetables daily like cucumber, Cabbage and Peas.
