Low HDL and High VDL in Lipid Profile

During recent Lipid Profile test, it is noted that I am having HDL (29) and High VDL (132). I am 6'2", 100Kgs 43 years old Male. No other ailment is resulted. I am a vegetarian with occasional Non-veg (not cooked in home as family is strict veg). I used to walk for about 3kms daily. Please advise me diet plan as per Indian food style (which can be made available at home easily)
