Weakness and weight issue

Respected sir, Past 2-3 years i have been suffering from health disorders like ongoing weakness, pains in the joints and bones. I feel very light as if i have no weight in my body. Even in doing average task like lifting 20-L water bottle i get tired. I feel weak. And during  entire summers i feel like headache. I have recently move to Delhi for my higher studies and since then my diet is not proper. I have to eat what is served in mess, as I'm a athletic person it is not good for my health.
