Hi..the best way to lose weight is with a balanced diet & exercise. Being young your metabolism will be slightly more which can boost weight loss. There is no real way to lose weight fast, target up to 2-4 kg and inch loss per month. Fast weight loss will also lead to rebound of all that loss which will be then more difficult to lose.
