I am a 27 year old woman residing in Bangalore. I have been hitting the gym for quite some months now and with a regular normal diet. I have also tried eating healthy (without oil) at some phases but I do not seem to be losing much. I lose a maximum of 2-3 kilos and then the weight seems to be stagnant. I am pear shaped and also suffered from PCOD before. I need to lose weight now in order to be fit and active and avoid health hazards in future. Could you please help me in this regard?
