Weight issues

Hi doctor! I'm a 21 year old girl who is really concerned about her weight !! I've gained almost 30 kgs in the past 5 months and it's all from fat !! Overweight

I am 38 year male and advocate by profession. My current weight is 116 kg . I have started to go to gym and I workout for about 2 km walk on treadmill and 20 minutes of peddler and different stretching exercises and for about 90 minutes for 4 days a week ..pls suggest me proper diet program...and also suggest any extra activity if necessary.. thanks.
