I am 26 years old 113 kg weighing guy
I have been doing night shifts for last 3 years and I have put on lots of weight until that time..from 84 kg to 113 kg in this 3 years duration...every time I lose weight it again increases...recently I did T4 and TSH tests for the first time as recommended by doctor..and the result is ((T4 1.20 )) and ((TSH 5.26))..Could you please let me know what is the meaning of this report and how can fix this and is it really fixable or not.

I have thyroid
I have thyroid from last 3 years. My T3 and T4 is normal and my TSH is also within range but on higher side so Dr prescribed me thyrowel at bed time. Now i have joined gym from 1st Nov. for weight loss so I have been advised to have whey protein shake after workout. Which whey protein is suitable for me as m taking thyrowel capsules?
