I want to find a proper calorie count for my diet. I had previously cut too low and lost 13lbs, at the expense of losing muscle and being unable to exert any physical effort.
To help get a general idea of my frame: I am currently 185lbs, 5' 3". My neck is 12" circumference, waist is 35", hips are 49", bust is 37", wrist is 6", thighs are 29".
I keep my calories between 1200-1400, my carb count is 65g max, fat is 70g, protein is 80-100g. I walk approximately 7000-10000 steps a day.
