Hi Sir/mam I gain 14 kg weight within 3 months . And I am suffering from thyroid. I am taking proper medicines but still not able to control my weight. Also my thyroid is 21 now . Can you please give me some advice to reduce my weight. Also my period cycle is disturbed due to this . And I have my periods for two days only. Can you please suggest what precautions I have to take to control my thyroid an reduce weight.

I have gained a lot of unwanted weight after my leg surgery and would like to consult a dietician and nutritionist to lose the wanted weight in a healthy fashion and also regulate my meals to cure my iron and blood deficiencies.
