Hello doctor! diz me suganya.I'm from uthiramerur.my age is  22.I'm suffered form excess weight gain.my weight is near 85 kg's and its increasing day by day. I'm too suffered from this.it hurting me from mentally and physically.I'm stressed about this all time.it decreases my self confidence. And i aslo suffered from hair loss problem since 8 years. I have tried many remedies but nothing works for me.i have checked my thyroid levels, they are normal and i don't have any menses problems.I'm having my regular periods.So plz help me to loss excess weight,Give me some usefull tips to loss weight and motivate me.Thank you?!

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you

Hi Suganya I can understand how you must be feeling. The most important thing is to stop taking so much stress. Stress itself will cause fat gain Please start going for 30 to 45 min walk 6 days a week - one day rest is compulsory If you know yoga or can join a class then you should start it

Ensure that you eat 4 main meals - breakfast, lunch, evening snack & dinner Eat small portions of food - serve yourself small portion of food, eat that first & then take a 2nd serving of food only if you are very hungry Eat slowly Chew food properly Drink at least 3 liters of water - prevents you from over eating Drink a cup of warm milk at bedtime ... it will prevent hungry craving & give you good sleep
