To become slim
Iam 19 yrs and weighing about 75kg for 162 cm of height.. I have to loose weight... I Daily do a 2 hours of exercises but no results help me in losing weight.. My hardworks are in vain I have no hormonal issues and all.. Please help me

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you

Hope you are taking a proper pre & post work out meal Take one day rest from work out every week Get 8 hours of sleep at night Stress has to be managed (if any) Do not skip your meals ... eating less is not the solution. You have to eat right
