Regarding Vitamin Supplements
I had a full body checkup and there is a deficiency of vitamin D3 and Vitamin B12 So I want to know that these supplements are relevant or not for me? Also for how many days I have to take these pills...and what are the criteria for consumption on daily basis for these pills?? I have attached the photos of supplements.

Hi With regard to your vitamin D deficiency, I would advise you to spend some time in the sunlight, go for morning walk regularly. Your body should be exposed to sunlight. Yes you can take the vitamin D supplement, once a week after meal preferably lunch, for better absorption. Take it for 12 weeks. For B12 deficiency you take proper diet, include dairy products, eggs, fish etc. Take it in the morning, avoid taking any hot drinks one hour before and after taking the nasal spray. Follow the instructions given by your physician. Thanks

Healthy evening, The main reason for D deficiency is less exposure to sunlight whereas vitamin B12 deficiency can be results of inadequate intake through foods, malabsorption, autoimmune conditions and lack of intrinsic factors, gastrointestinal surgery and use of antacid. 1. Spend time in sunlight. Vitamin D often referred to as “ the sunshine vitamin “ 2. Condume fatty fish and seafood 3. Eat more mushrooms 4 includes egg yolks in your diet 5. Eat fortified foods 6. Take a supplement Calcijoint tablet is valuable source of dietary calcium, provide 500 mg of elemental calcium, making suitable for individual with calcium deficiency.
