Hi, Vitamin B12 mostly found in non veg food items, whereas Vitamjn D' s major source is sunlight. Apart from that you can add Dairy products, eggs, Mustard leaves, and Colored veggies in your diet. Your CRP levels also high, and also having dyslipidemia you need to consult with a Dietician with detailed history.

Healthy afternoon, The main reason of vitamin D deficiency is less exposure to sunlight whereas B12 deficiency can be results of inadequate intake through foods, malabsorption, autoimmune conditions and lack of intrinsic factors, use of antacids etc. 1. Spend time in sunlight before 10 :00 am Bcoz vitamin D often referred to as sunshine vitamin 2. Consume fatty fish and seafood 3. Eat more mushrooms 4. Includes egg yolks in diet 5. Eat fortified foods 6. Take supplements 7. Add probiotics in diet Take healthy, nutritious, balanced diet.
