Healthy afternoon,
Foods that can help lower triglycerides. A balanced diet rich in whole fruits, vegetables, and whole grains can help manage triglycerides and cholesterol levels.
Use whole grains breads, cereal and pasta and increase fibre intake. Old fashioned or steel cuts oats are great choices, as are brown rice, quinoa, amaranth and other whole grains. Choose legumes often- chickpeas , lentils, pinto beans, kidney beans, black beans etc.
Avoid junk , processed, fried items.
Hi,
For lowering triglycerides levels you need focus on Raw veggies and fruits more with whole grains and less fat content items.
This also need to be discussed that why these levels are coming high is he having any other parameters disbalanced.
Consult with a Dietician for that .
