Healthy afternoon, Foods that can help lower triglycerides. A balanced diet rich in whole fruits, vegetables, and whole grains can help manage triglycerides and cholesterol levels. Use whole grains breads, cereal and pasta and increase fibre intake. Old fashioned or steel cuts oats are great choices, as are brown rice, quinoa, amaranth and other whole grains. Choose legumes often- chickpeas , lentils, pinto beans, kidney beans, black beans etc. Avoid junk , processed, fried items.
