High triglycerides
My triglycerides are high at 184 mg/DL My weight is 46kgs. I am already lean I also eat clean. Junk food occasionally. But I eat rice twice a day to gain weight. Recently started drinking coconut milk? Does coconut milk increase triglycerides? What can I do to reduce triglycerides without losing weight?
