Triglyceride is 292 and hdl is 29
Hello, My husband has high level of triglyceride(292) low level of hdl(29), he is 64kgs and 5.4 feet height. He is following intermittent fasting from past 2 months. Before his triglycerides level was 700+. Even though following a diet peoperly , triglycerides and hdl is not in a normal range. Please let me know what shall we do ?

For reducing tgl follow three main things like healthy diet ,exercise and walk early morning and evening. Take high fibre food in ur diet . Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet . Gud evening pls stop doing intermittent fasting. If it's not followed properly with exercise n other lifestyle changes it won't give effective result.

Physical activity is must to keep the levels of cholesterol in normal range. Take home cooked meals comprising all nutrients macros and micros. Take good fats, carbs n protein. Limit all processed preserved packaged and outside food completely. Stop hard drinks and smoking if any. Take good water intake of atleast 3-4 lit a day. Alongwith the dietary changes, lifestyle modifications must be done like Physical activity for atleast 1 hour, time discipline should be fixed for all meals and other activities.
