Hi, kindly introduce soft fruits & veggies to bite on now, so she falls into a habit of biting & chewing I would rather suggest do not give her semi solid food but solid instead like dal-roti-sabji , or rice-dal-sabji

Best way to put them into a routine is to serve them food on the table with the other family members so the kid gets into the habit of eating with others on the table

Introduce to her - steamed carrot/cucumber sticks , steamed apple, peach/pear slices, banana, tomatoes, lettuce and avoid biscuits /cookies & bakeries / namkeens and only put her a habit of eating Live food instead of dead ultra processed foods
